CricArena provides cricket scoring, tournament management, player profiles, and related community features. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register using your mobile number, WhatsApp, or other verification methods. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

You may submit match data, scores, photos, and other content through the Services. You retain ownership of your content but grant CricArena a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the platform.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent match or player information
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
• Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription (e.g., CricArena PRO). Fees, billing cycles, and refund policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase. All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The CricArena name, logo, app design, and all related trademarks and content are owned by CricArena. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CricArena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
